Spoke with Tom, explained my situation of having to go to physical therapy in the neighbor hood and I was in a wheelchair. Tom immediately referred me to Charlie, one of the local Chester Express drivers who picked me up on time, 10 minutes before time to be exact. Charlie helped down the ramp and into the taxi. Charlie helps me into the building and picks me back up the moment my session is complete. Charlie is a extraordinary man. very caring, patient, friendly and always prompt.
